Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation is very important to us. We hold it especially for you!
We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Salon West requests a 24 hour notice of cancellation. This policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of the unexpected availability and helps us to accommodate everyone.
New guests will be required to provide a valid credit card to reserve an appointment for appointments lasting over 2 hours.
If a 24 hour notice is not given, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service will be charged to the credit card on file.
